The refund process was way more annoying than it needed to be. I waited. Then waited some more. Support took forever to get back to me, and I had to follow up twice before anything actually moved. I did get my money back in the end, but it felt like I had to keep chasing them for something that should’ve been simple.

I placed my order and got the receipt email right away, but after three weeks I still hadn’t received anything. I kept checking my emails for shipping updates, but there wasn’t much to go on. Frustrating having to wait that long with nothing showing up...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the jersey did show up and the tracking worked well. It took a few days longer than I thought it would, which made me a little nervous, but in the end everything was fine. I’d probably use them again if the price was good.

I washed it once and it held up fine, didn’t shrink much or fall apart, so that’s good. For the price, I can’t complain too hard, but I did expect it to feel a little thicker. Basically not bad, not great, just alright. I’d probably buy again, but with lower expectations.

My delivery arrived exactly when it was supposed to, which I really appreciated. Late deliveries can feel preventable sometimes, so it was nice not having to deal with that here.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think the whole process could move a little quicker, but overall it worked out well.

The box showed up dented, which reminded me of the packages my sister and I always joke about getting after a rough trip through shipping. Luckily, the shoes themselves were totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end

The selection felt limited to me, like there just wasn’t much to choose from, if that makes sense.
